Only buy tickets from our authorised ticketing agent, Ticketek. Do not purchase tickets from third party resellers such as Viagogo.

In Australia, most venues and theatres and their authorised ticketing agents, including ourselves at the Marriner Group and our agents Ticketmaster/Ticketek, operate in accordance with the national code of practice for ticketing and the resale of tickets which we adhere to as members of Live Performance Australia.

Unfortunately, some third party companies do not enforce the same standards and are allowing fraudulently obtained tickets to be on-sold to unsuspecting buyers. We are unable to control these third party transactions other than to act to cancel any tickets which are reported to us as having been obtained through fraudulent means.

Our industry is actively trying to educate patrons to only purchase tickets, or to resell their tickets, through officially appointed ticketing agents such as Ticketmaster/Ticketek.
