Marriner Group is a dynamic Australian owned company, managing five world class venues including; the Princess Theatre, Regent Theatre and Comedy Theatre, Forum Melbourne and the Plaza Ballroom.  All venues are based in Melbourne’s CBD and play host to some of the world’s biggest productions and events.

The Role

The role is based in our CBD office, working alongside a friendly team within a great environment.

The Ticket Accounting Officer is responsible for the preparation and distribution of weekly theatre ticketing reports and arranging settlement of funds. They are also responsible for addressing any queries raised and ad hoc duties as requested.  

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous administration and/or accounting experience in a business environment
  • Proficient computer literacy, intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Experience using SAP or similar accounting package
  • Strong numerical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal professional manner and written communication skills

To be a successful candidate you must have a friendly and flexible can-do attitude. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised is also essential. The position is permanent part time, with a minimum of 18 hours a week over 3 days and is available for immediate start.
