Full Time Position - Qualified Pastry Chef

We are a leading function and event caterer for some of Melbourne's most iconic venues, including the Plaza Ballroom, Forum Melbourne and the Regent, Princess and Comedy Theatres.   

Above award rates, holiday leave loading and an excellent working environment.  The lifestyle is definitely better too - no public holidays, and not many Sundays either.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate key competencies in the following areas:

• Preparation of restaurant quality food
• Maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety & cleanliness
• Flexible, reliable and motivated
• Work well in a team

To be a successful candidate you must have a real passion for what you do.  A professional manner, exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work unsupervised is also essential.
